Easy installation, great service, and wonderful customer service!

I went to visit their store and it looked nice, though I thought the place was empty before someone came out from the back room to help me. Thank god, because I really started to get a little nervous with all the shade styles to choose from. I explained to the guy what I was looking for, something to block out most of the light, but not completely, because mom doesn't like total darkness or leaving lights on too much. Complicated, I know. He understood and gave me a couple good options before we decided that faux wood blinds would be the best solution, letting her adjust the light a bit and shut out when she wanted. I picked a cherry wood finish that I knew she'd like and took their recommendation for the vane size. There were 2 wide windows in the bedroom, so I had them come with me to measure when my mom wasn't home and then scheduled the installation about 3 weeks later when the blinds arrived. They were installed a few days before her birthday and of course the surprise was impossible to keep with my sister already having brought some new furniture and decorative things, but they both loved the blinds I picked.

After sleeping with old mini blinds I went to horizon window treatments to get new shades. There office looked very presentable and clean and a lot of selections to choose from. I chose honeycomb shades that the salesmen sold me he was very professional with the sale and he sat down with me calmly and spoke about the shades. When the installation day came the installers were very efficient and fast .and after the job they cleaned and left the apartment like it was in the beginning. I was very happy with the shades and the installers they were professional with the drilling and with their ways of explaining how the shades worked, I was very happy with the neat work. I have the shades now for 6 months and they work great. Horizon windows is the way to go. Neat ,fast ,efficient.

Horizon was a big help with my window treatments. They helped me identify the best type of shades for my apartment. I ended up going with hunter Douglas Duette Architella honeycomb shades because, as my salesperson informed me, they not only look great but they help prevent heat loss saving me money on my electric bill. I highly recommend horizon if you are looking to do something new with your windows.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND. I just wanted to comment on my recent experience with Horizon Window Treatments on W. 24th street. I have a simple two room apartment that needed black out shades in one room and nice fashion shades in the other. They were installed by very nice and courteous professionals and they looked great. Unfortunately, they were the wrong color. The manager handled the situation professionally and now I have the perfect shades and couldn't be happier with my experience.

Long story short, my sister and I wanted to redecorate our mom's bedroom for her birthday and Horizon helped us get it done. So, I somehow ended up in charge of the window blinds deal and started looking online, where I found Horizon. Mom was so happy! I can’t thank the people at horizon enough for making everything look good.

At first, I was just going to go for the cheapest option, which would be Blinds to Go, for curtains and blinds since I didn't want to shell out big bucks for what I consider a non-essential accessory for my rooms. BUT, my friend convinced me to go for Horizon Window Treatments for the blinds and curtains I needed for about six rooms. I received great customer service from Horizon employees who really knew about decor in general. The showroom is also beautiful and I recommend anyone looking for the best-quality blind, curtain (and shades!) options for an OK price with individualized customer service and personal attention, to go here. It's worth it!

I recently helped a friend relocate to NYC and in doing so, had to search in a new place for the right retailers to help her out. While she unpacked, I offered to run a few of her errands and wound up checking out Horizon Window Treatments showroom on West 24th Street. Even though I don't often find myself in the market for curtains, I was really impressed with this retailer right away. I definitely recommended my friend head back and check it out for herself. After all, she has a new apartment to furnish and the skilled staff at Horizon could really save her a lot of hassle!

I have to start by saying this place is top of the line. I had been searching for a company that could help with this idea I had of getting electronic curtains for my living room after seeing them in several of my friends’ homes. I filled out a form for a quote online and I was contacted in no time by a very friendly representative who ever so graciously walked me through the process. Prices aren't bad at all, and you are able to use fabrics of your own as well!
