If we could, we would rate him 12 out of 10 stars.Second time we have used Hugh and his service, all Servpro clean. Every time carpets come out looking brand new and this is the first time we’ve had him Power wash our porch. Due to storms from past several years, it was very heavily stained and molded. Although, it does not look brand new, it looks very close to being brand new. it’s the next best thing for a 12-year-old house. Who is always prompt and on time, as well as being very polite and informative as to all work that will be performed on site. As well as what chemicals will be used and how. Regardless of the amount of phone calls containing follow-up questions, Hugh is always happy to answer and Give complete detailed answers. Would not hire anybody else and will always call first, as well as, recommend to friends and neighbors.

The job on my carpets and tile floors was way above my expectations. After arriving 5 minutes early Mr. Grissom was very professional and informed me about tips for maintaining my house which I never knew about. The fabric on my sofa was made like new at a very affordable cost. I will use this company regularly now and tell my friends about the great service. BTW he had a really good attitude and sense of humor.
