        I am writing to inform all visitors that visit this store that the manager on duty the night Thursday/February 25, 2010 was extremely unprofessional and rude to me as a customer. This representative insisted that the items I ordered for myself and my family would be fresh off the grill (as reqested when ordering). However, when once the items were opened to eat, it was the exact opposite. After contacting the facility to speak with the manager that was at the window and who also answered the phone (again I the customer encountered extreme rudeness). This behavior is totally unacceptable. In today's economy when everything is high including a bill from the facility for 4 people this should not be the disposition provided. I don't know what the outcome of this will be, but I know that I am going to report this information to other individuals (primarily upper management) so they can be aware of the type of staff (management especially) that is in the store.
