The Stairway Shop

Do not do business with these people. First they didn't show up on the job, then sent people out finally they did the job wrong. Then when I tried to get it fixed they say they don't have time to do it because they are booked up! It stands to reason that all customers should be taken care of & finished not pushed aside just to get more money in. They should've pushed the calendar back to finish my job but no all they did was push my job aside. Tried to send guys on their off time but they tried to rip me off by charging me an additional fee on top of the fee the shop already charged me & would still owe the shop! Totally ridiculous & unprofessional
