Great experience overall. Helpful, friendly experience with honest and direct communication. Ordered vehicle to be built and delivered. Entire process was positive and vehicle delivery was excellent.

When me and wife went into Premier Dodge. I was greeted by a service associated name Neil and I stated to him that I was thinking about trading in my Nissan he gave a presentation that really had us thinking about leaving Nissan. I was referred to this dealership by a friend and was not expecting the actual service she received when she purchased her new car. The dealership was well kept. The salesmen were professional but one in particular, Percy Huff, was the one who made all the difference in my experience. He was on top of everything. He made sure I was comfortable when I waited. His friendly demeanor, I found delightful. He was down to earth yet professional and good at his job. His attention to detail was great! It's always amazing to find someone who works in customer service with a genuine heart and compassion for others. There are too many crooks out there. Percy, proved that good people still exists. Although I did not purchase a new car that day, due to no fault of the dealership, I would gladly recommend this dealership to family, friends, co-workers and anyone else who is in need of a great car shopping experience. I was preferred to Premier Auto by a friend. I enjoyed the professionalism and the help from Percy Huff. I could tell he had my best interst in mind in finding the right car for me. He made car buying very easy and worry free. I would recommend him to anyone. All my future car buys will be from Premier.

My service went good but I have an issue with my passenger window and it's a brand new truck it will not roll up or down properly and they want me to leave it for a day or two and this can't take more than an hour. I don't mind if I get a loaner but I need this takin care of as soon as possible before it breaks permanently

Lance Green made my experience at dodge such a wonderful experience. What I appreciated most was that he didn't try to fast talk me and make things complicated. He was very patient with me and simplify me buying a car so much easier than I have ever experience before. He is the best and I will only deal with him from now on. They are crooks who sneak bogus charges onto your contract. Be very careful before signing. Better yet, go somewhere else. I will never buy another vehicle from here. I have read many reviews saying the same thing as I'm saying. Eventually they will have such a bad reputation they will go out of business.
