Le Foret

I am a local that highly recommends Le Foret. Although the atmosphere is formal the service is very good but not stuffy. The food is excellent with good portions but not over priced. The Noisette of Veal is tender and loaded with flavor with all the fresh vegetables and light demi-glace that accompany it. Had a Condensed Milk Souffle for dessert that was well worth every calorie, was very surprised that is was not overly sweet but what a wonderful flavor. They brought out many amuse-bouche prior to the meal that were all very tasty and all dishes are beautiful presented. I plan to return many times to try the remainder of the menu.
