JoEllen Smith Death Center is a horrible, nasty place. 99.9 % of the employees are lazy and incompetent. They nearly killed my loved one. Thank goodness we kept a close watch on our loved one daily....if not you know what would have happened. The place is so bad they hire crack heads. Yes crack heads that steal and beg for money. I would not send an enemy to that place. There are rats, roaches, snakes and giant mosquitoes inside. The previous administrator was a "yes" man. The new administrator is "arrogant ex cop". Please run in the opposite direction because you will regret it. Run N Run. MY STAR RATING OF THIS PLACE IS ACTUALLY ZERO.

my mother is diabled and cannot do anything on her own she has had 4 strokes and is paralyzed the left her sit in her on urine and let her dehydrat they did not give her enough fluid in her peg tube and also th never wanted to bath her god bless her soul im so glad i found out what was going on befor it was to late the faclity was very dirty please never send your loved ones here
