Jazzy Pets Spa & Grooming

it was more than horribe, I bought my 3 lb dog in to get groomed and my baby had been cut everywhere! when I bought her home we motice she was hopping on three legs , with one leg up!. We shined the light on her pawvand the paw oad had been cut off! I called the groomers and this lady dam near cursed me out, So i took my dig to prove to her what she did! The teen grabbed her and took her to the back before i could say anything! I looked through the window and seen the owner trying to squeeze blood from her paw and pouring alcohol on the wound all while the little girl is shaving the dogs! She then gave her back to me and said she's fine ! I told her im on my way to the vet! The vet said my dogs foot was infected and they soaked it in wound cleaner! She wrote me a prescription for amoxicillin 2x a day for 7 day and a bottle of Glavascan wound cleaner 2x a day for 10 days ! I called the groomer back to let her know because she insisted I do so after and she cursed me out like a dog!

I was warned not to bring my dog but trying to support I decided to go ahead instead. I called in for my Shihtzu to get a wash and trim, being asked if I wanted a cut I responded no. After picking my dog up she was almost bald & we were chased out by a rat. I called to get clarification about the fact that I only wanted her trimmed, I mean common sense it is winter, the owner immediately started yelling telling me I'm wrong & she's not about to go back & fourth, when she imitated a argument. I would never bring my dog let alone a pet hamster to this establishment again.

I receive wonderful customer service,my standard poodle came out beautiful,it was the best job i had!!

I would never return to this business, I brought my SHIH TZU in for grooming ,after not hearing from them all day I called to check on my dog-I was told they were still working and they would call me. AFTER NOT RECEIVING A CALL I WENT TO THE BUSINESS ONLY TO FIND OUT THEY CLOSE LEAVING MY BABY IN THE DARK.

I brought my shih tzu in looking a dirty mess, and after getting a bath, and hair trim from Jazzy Pets my dog looked like a different dog. Jazzy's prices are competitive, yet affordable! I would recommend her services anyday! She didn't even take all day like other local pet groomers I've used.
