Crystal Chandelier

If I could give a negative rating I would ... the owner, linda c., is a price gauging money hungry lady that DOES NOT KEEP HER WORD !!! My initial venue had an issue to where I had to book this venue last minute. So when we first went to visit the venue we had to wait for her to arrive. She shows up and puts her unsolicited advice in waaaaay too much . I'm paying for the venue not for you to tell me how to run my event !!!! I was told that I could use my iPhone to play music .. that my 8 eights THAT I SIGNED A CONTRACT FOR WERE MINE TO USE IN ANY WAY THAT I WANTED and other things . She was sooo persuasive saying my mom could set up Friday night or Saturday morning for my Saturday event ( I even have the text to prove it). So as time gets closer I find out that her sound system is crappy, there are roaches running freely and the front of the venue is never maintained ( you can see garbage bags or whatever that is lining the flower bed ... I was told to meet her two weeks before my wedding and I did .. I really wanted my mom to be able to see me get ready at our hotel so I tried confirming the fact that Ms linda said she could come in that morning.. she comes up with a lie stating that someone called in damn near THREE WEEKS IN ADVANCE FOR A REPASS ON THE DAY OF MY EVENT!!! Not a party , baby shower BUT A REPASS!!!!!!!! She tried to cover up the lie quickly saying " yea it's early but when you know someone is gonna die you just know .... if I let your mom come that morning then I can lose out on $600.... but you know what I can do for you??? If you give me $250 I can let you come in at that time"......... so basically she went back on her word AND MY CONTRACT THAT STATES I CAN USE MY HOURS AS I SAW FIT ( night before or morning of)... and when the last payment wasn't on time she sent nasty ass texts .. DO NOT BOOK HERE IF YOU LIKE QUALITY AND HONEST PEOPLE

On Saturday, June 15, 2013, I went to a friend's 50th ALL WHITE Birthday Party. THIS VENUE IS AWEFUL! I drove in from out of town (over 600 miles) to attend my girlfriend's 50th Birthday Party - this place SUCKS, BIG TIME!!!

1) Air Conditioning - NO A/C...it was about 90 degrees in the building; I became sick (from heat exhaustion) and had to leave

2) Bad Service - unprofessional demeanor of the serving staff (nasty disposition)

3) Attire - no one was wearing uniforms

4) Parking - horrible, NO GUEST PARKING to accommodate guest

5) Bathroom - unbearable offensive odor

NOTE: I have been a professional Event Planner for over 20 years - I would never book an event at this establishment NOR would I recommend the Crystal Chandelier to ANYONE! #unbelievable

My family had an event at this place and the service was horrible. The people whom assisted with the serving of the food walked more food outside to there cars. Good thing my family had prepared enough food to serve guest. The restroom had a weird odor. The people whom work here are truly not professionals especially by the way there uniforms/attire was. I would not recommend anyone to this place and parking is horrible also.����������������
