This clinic is the most patient friendly that I have been to. The doctor calls me with the results. The office calls me before the day of the appointment.

I am a physician myself, and I have to say Dr. Baum's staff was by far the most impressive staff I have ever witnessed. They were intelligent, friendly, well-informed, and made me very comfortable before my procedure (from scheduling beforehand to while I was in the office). Dr. Baum (whom I did not know beforehand) was wonderful, and he took the time to answer my questions. Everyone took great care of me.

I have been treated in an excellent fashion on every visit. Wait times are minimal and the staff is both professional and efficient. Dr. Baum is simply the best urologist treating men with my specific malady. I would not trust my treatment to any other Doctor and staff.

Dr. Baum is a terrific doctor, knowledgable and certainly interested in me as a patient. he spends time with me and I never feel like I am 'rushed' through my visit. Dr. Baum staff are proffesional and friendly. Certainly my favorite doctor and office staff. excellent in all catagories. Dr. Baum is my Internist's Doctor. What better recommendation is there!!
