Amy's Nail Salon

I love Amy's nails! I've been going there for years, since before Katrina, and I was thrilled that they didn't disappear with the Storm. They keep innovating and changing their layout and services offered- now they even offer hot stone treatments during pedicures. For a while they were a secret, but now all the uptown ladies have discovered and it can be hard to get a chair on a Saturday afternoon. You know, I've been to all the fancy pedicures where there's soft lighting like they're ona date with your feet, and they light candles, float rose petals, play soothing music with whale sounds int he background, and that can be a great luxurious experience. But even after all the atmosphere, in the end, my toenails really didn't look fantastic. OKay, but not top-notch. when I leave Amy's Nails, I know that my feet are going to look the best they can, and that's what counts. That and the fact that they're incredibly affordable.You should go there. Just don't take my spot.
