The owners and staff are very unprofessional as far as service!!! The quality of my cake was absolutely horrifying!!! There was mildew between the layers and their very bad attitude was unacceptable!! They stood by their cake and did not provide a refund. Don't waste your time or money!!! Believe me when I say the service sucks!!!!

Andrins is only good for the taste of there products. There service and there employees Stinks. Order a Hello Kitty cake and behind a$125. that cake should have blown me out of the water yea that's something a homemaker could have done,the cake was order and paid for a week in advance get there the cake was mot ready waited 45 mins more and the cake still was not complete, when Erin was told that we did like the cake she said well you don't have to take it. Well I know that working there is just a job for her but her type of attitude will be the reason a business will close. Spoke to Marshall she apologize and will give 25% off the next order we have gotten lots of cakes from this place and there is nothing cheap about these cakes to receive the service given much as I love them they have lost me as a customer. There are to many other good bakeries in New Orleans to choose from. It's a black own business and I have been supporting them since they open about 7 or 8 yrs. but no more I will take my business to Haydales, Swiss or any where else. Like I told Marshall 1 complaint we reach more people than a compliment will. Mr. Andrans you may need to have your people take customer services classes and other skillful classes.

When I went to pick my birthday cake it was just sitting on the shelf uncovered, this concerned me so I asked the lady how long had my cake been sitting there. The lady told me they had just finished my cake, so I went on and brought the cake home. When I got home, I noticed that my cake had little brown and black specs. I didn't know what it was and I was not going to serve it at my birthday dinner. It ruined my night, because I was out of a cake and my money.

ordered my grand daughter birthday cake from adrian's the cake was beautiful. the theme was paris france since her name is paris .. adrian's came to my house and finished the cake since it was to large to deliver... they went beyond the call & duty of a bakery , the service was great .. i will always use this bakery...

PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS BAKERY. THEY ARRIVED 2 &1/2 HOURS LATE WITH MY WEDDING CAKE & IT WAS A FINE MESS. I PAID FOR A 5 TIER WEDDING CAKE AND GOT 4 FINISH SLIDING TIERS AND 1 UNFINISH TIER THAT WAS LEFT ON A BACK TABLE IN MY HALL. I WAS VERY HURT TO WALK INTO THE HALL, FULL OF GUEST (300 PEOPLE) AT 5PM AND NO CAKE. MY WEDDING PLANNER AND FAMILY MEMBER STARTED CALLING THE BAKERY AT 4:30 AND NO ONE WOULD ANSWER BUT AT 6:15 THEY PULLED UP IN THE PARKING LOT WITH AN UNFINISHED CAKE. SHE WAS STILL PIPPING MY CAKE INSIDE THE HALL AS THE PHOTOGRAPHER WAS TRYING TO TAKE PICTURES AND ON TOP OF THAT IT DID NOT HAVE THE FILLINGS I SELECTED. SHE ONLY WANTEDTO GIVE ME $150.00 (I PAID $500.00) BUT I DECLINED AND TOLD HER THAT I WAS GOING TO TAKE HER TO COURT AND ABOUT 5 DAYS LATER SHE GAVE ME A FULL REFUND. PLEASE DO USE THIS BAKERY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I ordered a cake for my son's birthday. I'm out of state and can't be there in person, so they sent photos. The design was exactly as I requested. I will use Adrian's again.

I ignored the reviews and thought I would give them a shot. My son is a college student and the surprise cake was suppose to be delivered between 6:30am & 7:00am. They were to send me pictures of the cake also. Well guess what - it is 8:40 and I still waiting. All of a sudden, Marcia isn't available phone calls. They had an ample amount of time to fulfill this request. If they thought it was not feasible, they could have told me last week. This is the poorest customer service I have ever seen. I am now calling my son's friends to see if they can accept the cake when it does arrives. I would give them a - ****** if possible.

Ordered a cake and picked it up, almost cried it was so beautiful. They even put extra items on it that I did'nt even pay for, great customer service, will tell all of my friends.

Ordered a birthday cake that was suppose to have a purse on top and it looked more like a triangle. When I told them it wasn't what I ordered I was told some thing about the cake designer. Marshall took the order so I called back to talk to her to tell her she should have told me the cake I requested was unable for them to make. I am very angry, and I was not given a apology or anything. Please no one else go there and be taken advantange off.

dont make the mistake and pay in full in advance nasty tasting cakes, horible designs. and to top it off the management team is ignorant. wouldnt even try and fix the cake they made incorrectly. i guess since i paid in ful l in advance. no matter how thet rewrite the name they are the same people at every location with the same poor quality cake. try swiss on st charles they have the best cakes for the money
