        Dr.Lipskar is the Best!!! Our consultation with him not only put our mind at ease but he is so informative and up to date on all new technologies and techniques and believes in doing what’s best for the patient. He throughly explained to my son and myself exactly what he was going to do along with a drawing I mean it couldn’t get more clear. He is so personable and you can hear it in his voice that he is determined to do what’s best to help you. Excellence is all you get all around THANK YOU !!!
