        Almost three hours waiting for...

        Almost three hours waiting for a pizza.. What is wrong with this place. The first time I called someone hung up on me, The second time I called the woman at the other end yelled, "can't hear you." I spoke loudly, but she asked for all my information twice.

        What is there excuse? They had my name, address aand phone number.

        It took two hours to get my pizza delivery yesterday. The delivered pizza had got cold. I called this store a couple of time while waiting for the pizza, but the gentleman who picked up my call was not professional at all. He said he is very busy in an irritated voice. Huh? If you can't handle my order properly, you should not have received the order. At least he should have said he is sorry, but he didn't. It was a terrible experience.

        The delivery price is high,however the drivers are awesome.D.Vega,Meechum and Safi are all class.They respect and appreciate the customer.

        Manager was rude when I called and asked about other Ct stores closer to where I live, stated he had no number for a district manager . I don't think he told me the truth about no having a district manager for a business as large and nationwide .

        I am sorry for the uncooporative attitude of the person who attended the phone. I got rid of that person a long time ago. If you ever want to see if there is a papajohns store close to you just go on line at papajohns.com and enter your zip code and it will find you the closest one to you.
