I called AA-MSA, Inc. to get a quote on a lead inspection and was pleasantly surprised by how smoothly the process was. From the time I called, I was greeted by a friendly office admin and given a quote at the time of my call. The quote was competitive compared to another company I called the day before. The appointment was set and I was briefed on what to expect. On the day of inspection, things proceeded without a glitch, the inspector was very personable, knowledgeable and was happy to answer my questions. After the inspection was conducted I received a full-length report that met HUD and State requirements which was necessary. Report was well-put together, inspector was great, price was very reasonable.
