My package was delivered open with 300 pictures or so missing of my mother's grandchildren. The box was sent to arrive for mothers day. No one knocked on my door it was left wide open the tape was off. My neighbors aren't the type to take anything.

I also had another incident where my flashlight bulb was also out of the package I received an empty package with a sorry note.

Then when it says the package is out for delivery well I waited home and never got the delivery on the date it said it was out for delivery what is going on here.

IT GETS ME ANGRY I PLAN ON MY DAY FOR THE MAIL TO COME ON CERTIN TIMES, LIKE IT USE TO BACK 3YRS AGO OR SO...HAVING TO RELIE ON N.B. TO DELIVER HAS BECOME A FRUSTRATING LIFE FOR ME. MY HANDLER GARY G. IS GREAT, WHEN HES ON YOU CAN RELIE ON A CERTIN TIME. WHEN NOT I GET ANYONE MOST DONT KNOW IM HERE, BEING ON A CONER OF CEADERWOOD.RD. AND LINCOLN ST.I GET PASSED ON WEEKLY.GET YOU HEAD OUT OF YOUR ASSES AND GET WITH IT!

Worst post office I've ever been to. I have been trying to get a passport for the past few days but due to the employees I was forced to wait two hours one day, and one the other in attempt to get my passport. Both times, I was forced to leave due to the time it took me to get my passport. I have given so much false information like: "Come back Saturday, we will get it done then". No, wrong. I waited in line for 30 minutes for the woman to say, with extremely rude tone and grammar, "Sorry, we no do passports on Sunday". I am willing to drive an extra 30 minutes to avoid this next time I return for sure.

This is the worst service you can ever get at a post office due to two of thier employees. The two older gentlemen should just retired because they are un-willing to help and always give wrong information. Then they ask why there jobs are in jeopardy but with customer service like that I would rather deal with online.
