maintenence staff is awsone office staff you dont wont to deel with then ... my kids getting health problems cause of the mold growing at rooms you have to keep spraying with clorox frequently and this happens at all unit ... very bad to give back deposit ... the only good thing about this place is the location and neighbors love then to death...

this is the last place you want to live with your children .. brakes in to the apartment mold growing in every corner of the house even with new roof ...takes for ever to get things fix... staff at the office very unproffesional will do anything to keep your deposit ...once you sign the lease will treat you like they can eat you ... moving hear was the worst thing i have ever done ...

I just moved to the Evergreen Townhouses. I like the place because it has storage space, clean and quaint however i am not sure what year the Town houses was built because it lacks privacy. You can hear your neighbors full conversations and every move they make because the walls are so paper thin and non insulated..
