Texas MedClinic Urgent Care

Went in for a severe cold/bronchitis. The doctor told me it was allergies. I have never in my life had allergies that caused fever and shortness of breath. His cure.... Nose spray. I am sure pneumonia is in my future. To add to it, he then tried to rediagnose me against advice of specialist racking up my bill because insurance didn't cover the test. What a crock!!! I will never go back!

WHAT A JOKE!!!!Went in to get a painfiul boyle (abscess) taken care of. The front staff is very professinal and seem to have a process in place to follow. When i did see the Dr, he put on his gloves look at the abscess and did not do anything, I actually had nothing done, not even to at least drain the abscess to trelieve the pressure and pain, I was just told to take some antibiotics and to go see my regular Dr. Wasted all afternoon and am out $170 to have nothing done to remove this painful boyle, and ultimatly have to go see my regular Dr. anyways. what a scam...What happen to urgent care here!!!



Next day part 2:

Got a follow up call, to survey my experience at this clinic. was asked if I was satisfied, "NO" of course, nothing was done, I am still with the abscess and pain. I was told to come back in so that the Dr can drain the abcess to relieve the pressure and treat for infection, but that I will be charged a second time. WHY???



People work and work hard for their money, this clinic feeds off people due to the vulnerability of the medical urgency, if people have to waste time and MORE money in doing something again that should have been done the first time. I will not recomend anyone to this clinic, what a big scam!!
