New Braunfels Taxi Service

We called last night for a 9:30 am pick up. They never showed, never called. The dispatch woman was rude and merely stated that they were busy. She hung up on me. We called again at 10:30 and she said she heard me say I would call another cab company so she didn't send the sriver. LIAR...The cab finally showed up at 11:20. If we had any other option we wouldn't have used this so called business. STAY AWAY!!! I would have rated it no stars if that was possible.

The drivers are friendly. I was told I would picked up in 15 minutes and I waited for an hour before I was picked up. I called after 30 minutes and was told he would be here in 5 minutes. I waited for another 10 minutes and called again. I was told they would call the driver and get back with me. I waiting another 10 minutes and no called me back. If you tell someone 15 minutes then it should be 15 minutes not an hour.

The dispatcher had an incredibly terrible attitude and after an hour of waiting for a cab that should have been here in, "15 minutes," the rude dispatcher told us she was not going to be sending her cab out here. If you're looking for a cab, go through Tonys Taxi. They've never let me down and have always been super nice, especially if they're running late (which is seldom). I completely regret even CALLING this place.

Terrible! Expensive! Cab showed up 15 min early and then charges us an additional $5 because they had to wait. Was quoted $35 to go from Avery Park to downtown (ended up paying $40). Cab driver hit on me and my friend, said he "needed her." Called to complain to management. They said that we should have been ready when we called. Try Aloha taxi instead!

I see there are a couple of poor reviews below. My experience with NB Taxi was superb! I hired a cab to help take home guests from my son's wedding. They were not only prompt, but were early. They called as they were on their way to the venue to let me know they were on their way, and I heard from our guests that they received excellent service on their rides back to their respective hotels. My experience with the booking on the phone was excellent. All my calls were quickly answered and accurate information was given each time. They even asked that I call to reconfirm the information the day of the wedding - which I did. When I called to confirm they had all my information. I would use them again and can give the a great recommendation.

Wow im soo pissed off i do not knowhere to start!!!
So I called atleast 3times and let these p pl l kno wat time I had to b at the coma county jailfor visitation wich was 12 but I told em 11:45 to make sure I was there early and on time!! I called several times as they were 30min late!! I get there and of course im late and I cant see who I was there to see at the jail cuz I was late!!! Im upset cuz I jus spent $15 plus a tip to a late driver!! I call up to nb taxi let them kno I was very upset n unpleased with the service!! Wat does this,biych do?? Laugh and hangs up in my,face!! Very rude an unproffessional and disrespetful!!! Best beleive I will be up ther to get my money back!! On,a happier note I called tonis taxi they arrived as soon as I called the guy was great!! I loved the service!! And I recomend them to everyone!!
