I was a victim of RIF ( Reduction In Force ) on 2-16-09 I was 65-1/2 years old and was replaced by a person that was 37 years old. I had over 33 years experience in the same industry and was offered 4-weeks severance pay.



On 2-05-10 Robert M. Mihelich was able to reach an out of court settlement from my past employer that was agreeable to both parties.
