The staff at this pharmacy are some of the best I have ever encountered. They went above and beyond to help me track down a prescription for my child that was sent to the wrong pharmacy by his doctor. The won my business. Wish they had a drive thru but the staff make parking worth it.

Unquestionably, the worst medical records and phone communications of any hospital I have ever encountered.



I had a CT study done on Memorial Day, and needed to get a CD of it for my physician at Mass General. It took me nearly an hour to negotiate through all the dead ends, voicemails refusing to accept messages etc. Rather than have central electronic medical records with single point responsibility, they send patients on a snipe hunt for a responsible individual. Even the CEO effectively hides from patients - you're given the choice of 1 (leave a voicemail, and get refused and disconnected, or 2 leave a message with assistant Ann (whose recording announces she's not taking messages, good-bye).



All the while you are waiting to be disconnected, you get endless PR prattle about how much they care, how well they treat patients, how (***CLICK***...dialtone...disconnected)



Good ER doctors, yes. caring nurses - you bet.



Management? Ugh.Thank you, Liz Farie for not playing "not my job" and rescuing me from your chaotic mess of an EMR system.
