        The majority of Employee's have no common sense and absolutely no sense of urgency. Not to take away from the hand full of great employees that try to make life easier.. This is every night when they close the self check out down

        So I went to buy a Boston Cream Cake, and the Bakery didn't put a price on it. The teller just flipped it, so of course the decoration on the cake was ruined. He then tried to ring it and as an apology said to name the price. I'm heading to a hotel with a tiny fridge so I said it's okay (Survey ID: 7JXXP31SP582). I went back to pick a new one and asked the bakery attendant to give me a price, ESL, couldn't understand me, (I'm ESL too so that's annoying but, whatever), the new attendant, presumably a better English speaker with a thick accent just pointed me to the teller even though I specifically told him that the item isn't scanning a price. He also flipped the cake ruining the decoration and tried to give it back to me. I gave up, grabbed a new one and went to another teller who mercifully just scanned it and priced it $9. (Survey ID#: 7JXXP51SP8ZW). If there's a zero, I would rate it zero. At least the last teller heed my warning of don't flip the effing cake.

        Pro: 24 hour, New store design, rarely leave without intended items.Con: There are seemingly always too many people and longer than usual lines. Parking lot can be confusing.

        There have been numerous problems with this store. I ordered Christmas cards on line to pick up at the store. They were delivered according to Corporate and the store couldn't find them. Corporate called for me and even THEY said they were very rude to them and closed for an hour at the height of the busy time! No customer service and the Mngrs don't seem to care. Another time I saw a little old lady trying to buy a gift card that wouldn't go though the registr scan. The cashier turned to the mngr for help (right behind her) and the mngr said "What do u want me to do about it? I have a bag of cash in my hand i need to do something with" the old lady left frustrated
