Cookies by Design

I drove over an hour to pick up these cookies for my husband for Valentine's Day. It was a wasted trip the cookies are stale and hard. I reached out to the owner asking to have new cookies mailed to me since I live so far away. He agreed and needless to say almost two weeks later I am still waiting for the cookies. So disappointing!!

Don't Do it!! I ordered a cookie basket on a (web-site notated this was available for a next day delivery) for a Sympathy gift for co-worker to be sent to our office in Hudson NH. When I placed the order I received a confirmation indicating the Needham MA location would be processing. I thought I was ordering more local but let it go. By 5PM on Thursday..no cookiesI waited until Friday morning and made my first of five phone calls around 9:30AM. I was told Id text the driver. I never received an email confirmation for any delivery. After the 3rd phone call and a new excuse each time, I called what I thought was the corporate office. They placed me on hold and transferred me back to the Needham Office. At that point I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau in MA. By my 5th call to the office, I was told it was left on a back porch. Over 2 weeks since I placed the order no credit to my account, no cookies...nothing!
