I had 2 AWFUL experiences here. When looking for my own wedding dress in 2017 the service and prices were awful (that hasn't changed). The owner treats her workers terribly and the workers aren't helpful what-so-ever. I had to buy a brides maid dress there 2 years later and the girl did a TERRIBLE job measuring me for a size and she was not helpful when I asked her advice. My dress was TOO SMALL and of course they don't care about that after I paid $200 upfront. Wish I could give them less than 1 star. Save yourself the trip and money....

I can not even begin to describe what a horrible experience I had at Bridal's by Sandra. I am a bridesmaid and so is my fiances daughter for a wedding this June. My sister-in-law picked up our dresses, and last night we tried them on for the first time. Both dresses were ordered a size bigger then we needed (even though the sales girl said the smaller size would be fine), and yet both dresses are too small! And no, our weight did not change since we were measured. I went to Sandra's today and calmly explained that there was either a mistake or no one took into account that the dresses run small, I was rudely told there was nothing they could do and that the bride should've told us that after the dresses are ordered there's nothing Sandra's can do to rectify any sort of issues. First and foremost I can not believe how these women talked down to me, no apology or sympathy. Secondly I can not believe that a privately owned shop could not offer any solution to my problem, I was even willing to pay more for a new dress, since they were claiming that because the dress was "price matched" they wouldn't do anything for me! A poorly run business, I will never recommend Sandra's to anyone. Horrible, horrible experience.

Absolutely love this store! I went to Bridals by Sandra 1st because my mother went there and purchased her wedding dress. I can understand why she did! Customer service was excellent! My bridal consultant was very nice and knew exactly what to get for me to try on after just telling her two things I would like in a dress. They're honestly fantastic at what they do. I definitely recommend every bride check out this store!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! The selection is poor. The prices are high. The sales people are pushy. And, the owner Susan is the biggest salesman you could ever meet. They will make up any story just to sell you a dress. I think Susan would stab her own mother in the back. Don't ruin your wedding preparation experience by going here!

Would never do business here again! Awful customer service, rude people, and horrible business in general!I made the mistake of going here because it was close to my parents house. I live out of town and this place has been a nightmare. Buying my wedding dress there was a mistake and then getting the bridesmaid dresses was an even bigger mistake! They have 11 different seamstresses which causes the dresses to come out different! I asked for a high low hem and they couldn't even get that right! So frustrating because I can not come and do anything in person because I live across the country! When I call I get such rude people, and many times have been hung up on. My dress experience was not an experience bc it consisted of the consultant offending me because my ring was too big and her opinion of marriage was that the more material things you have cause you to have a bad marriage!! Should have walked out then! Would never go back here and would advice everyone to stay away!

Wanted to love our experience with Sandra's as I bought my prom dress there and am now in the wedding industry and wanted to be able to refer people with confidence. They were supposed to order a gown in for us, which never arrived and they didn't call and tell us or remember that we had ordered it, so my daughter was disappointed when we went to our appointment



The sales people could not have been sweeter while choosing gowns. When we were wavering on a gown the owner popped in to tell us about another girl who wanted this gown and was coming back the next day to buy it with her parents, but my daughter was nicer and "deserved" it more, so if we want it, we should get it. This was at least, not professional at worst a lie.



We did buy the dress. The kicker for me was when we went to pick it up last night, we were asked to sign a form stating that the dress was in good shape, no tears, etc. that is reasonable. I suggested my daughter try it on again so I could make sure it was OK, before signing. I watched the front desk ladies exchange looks and although they set us up in a dressing room, did not feel as though it was happily. All in all, I would avoid going back. There are plenty of other large bridal salons in NY, NJ and PA.

HORRIBLE!!! They are a bunch of LIARS! I would never purchase anything from this organization. I purchased a gown off the rack on Saturday afternoon. It is not what I wanted. I felt pressured to buy it - both from the sales person and my family. It only needed to be hemmed, which they said would take 2 weeks. As soon as they opened Monday morning 10am, I called them. I told them that I was not happy with it. They said they would look into it and call me back. I called them back at 2:45pm the same day. They told me that the seamstress had the dress at home (I never authorized them to take the dress out of the store!!!) and did not start the alterations. She would take the dress back to the store. At 3:41pm, Susan called me. I told her that I am not happy with the dress because it was not what I wanted. She went off for about 10 minutes telling me how beautiful the dress was. I actually had to cut her off to get a word in. She is not customer oriented at all. She was also trying to talk me into the dress when I specifically told her that it was not what I wanted. The dress is nice but it is not what I wanted. She is not a very good listener. Plus, she is an absolute liar. She told me that the dressed was hemmed and I could not cancel my order. It is amazing that the dress was suppposed to take 2 weeks, at 2:45pm it was not hemmed, but it was hemmed by 3:46pm. Amazing! It only took 1 hour to hem the dress just so they could stick me with it. I would never buy anything from them and would never recommend the store. If I could rate them zero stars, I would. Me and my daughter came in with such high hopes for this salon and left so disappointed. We called before coming to check and see if they had a certain gown my daughter had been looking for and we were told when we called that they had it and would be happy to put it aside for us for her appt. When we were brought into our room and the girl asked what my daughter was looking for we told her about the dress they'd put aside for us and the consultant knew nothing about it!!!! She left the room and didn't come back for 20 mins... then told us they never had the gown to begin with and explained the person we had spoke to was probably thinking of a different gown. We proceeded trying on different gowns and when we finally found a beautiful dress that we loved it was way above our budget. They never bothered to ask what our budget was in the first place! They tried to resolve the situation by bringing in bridesmaids which all were very informal looking... we were so dissapointed with this salon!

I had heard good things about Sandra's, but I ended up having a horrible experience and would not recommend this store to anyone. My consultant didn't even bother to ask me my budget. I pulled her aside and told her what it was and she continued to bring out dresses well above my budget. She rarely offered any opinions or suggestions based on what I did or didn't like about a particular dress and ended up telling me, after only 6-8 dresses, that she didn't have any more for me to try on. Also - it was incredibly hot in the changing rooms, which made the experience even worse. I went to Jon's Bridal by Suzanne and had a wonderful experience - the consultant helped me pick dresses based on what I liked and disliked about prior dresses and not only did she stay within my budget, she also included an estimate of the cost of alterations and kept the total under budget. Skip Sandras and go to Jon's!
