Publix Super Market at Shoppes of Navarre

I am new to Publix, I have been to a couple different ones and they are always so Nice and helpful! Excellent plus for health nuts like myself to shop.

I woould recommend this store a thousand times to everyone I know. On 11/17/2012 as I was preparing for my husbands 60th Birthday Party, I opened the Fed Ex box with the King Cake I had ordered for his party and it was ruined. Everything was spilled out inside the box!!! I went into panic mode as I only had about three hours until party time. I got on the phone with the sweetest lady at Publix bakery and explained my dilema and she said I will do my best to match the colors, but all our Mardi Gras decorations are packed away. I said I will be grateful for anything you can do at this late date. She had a string of preorders ahead of me,but she was very nice and never sounded frustrated. When I got there I was amazed. It exceeded my expectations. She has found a mask, beadsm the king cake baby and all the colors were perfect. The cake tasted out of this world too. This was one time I was happy for a mail mishap. I want to say thank you to this cake decorator at Publix Navarre and let her know she is my hero. You can not go wrong with Publix and their bakery.They have the personal touch that no other grocery offers anymore.

I just wanted to say thank you to our local Navarre Publix. They allowed my child's soccer team to do a fundraiser there this morning and even the employees were showing their support. You're the best!
