        Overall
        Never again!

        Dropped off my lathe to be sandblasted and was never able to get all the parts back. Called them numerous times with no success. They promised they would look for them but never did. Also, they did a lousy job taping off the unit. Apparently it wasn't that important to them. Boy are we sorry.

        I can understand his concern about the missing ID tags on the lathe. We removed it so sandblast the paint behind the plate for a more thorough job.they were misplaced and we have scoured the shop for them. we have responded to every email and even asked if he could send us a picture and all information he has on the lathe of which he never responded. We ALWAYS respond to voice mails and emails. They commented that the sandblasting job came out perfect when they picked it up? how odd that they are now making all these accusations 9 months later. They or anybody is more than welcome to contact us. In business since 1986
