Deceptive sales practices. I don't put places on blast in reviews unless they really deserve it, but people need to know about my experience.



I have a pretty brutal PG allergy, so I need to use Max VG juice. I have a liter of 6mg Max VG in my freezer, but it just hasn't been cutting it lately. I decided I was going to stop somewhere, maybe Nona's, on the way home, to get some 12mg juice.



I went to White Horse instead for my first and only visit there. I walked in, and was greeted by a rather attractive woman who apparently has a rather skilled surgeon. My goodness.



I explained to her right off, and in detail how bad my PG allergy was, and told her that I could not use it at all. She offered for me to try a number of flavors, but I had really gone in there just to grab some raspberry 12mg juice. I reiterated again about my PG allergy just to make sure. She came out with 15ml of 12mg, and it was twelve bucks. I asked AGAIN to make sure it was max VG juice and she said it was.



$12? I get my liters of VG (unflavored) for $22. 15ml for $12 vs. $22 for 1000ml. Whatever. I was in there. I bit the bullet and bought it. $12+tx



I got it home, and looked at the consistency and it was a lot thinner than my Max VG is. You know what that means. PG. I took a few blasts off my sub-ohm of it, and sure enough, my throat got phlegmy and my arms started to itch.



It's one thing if I mentioned it once in passing about my allergy. It's entirely another to hear it from me at least three times and still sell it to me - to make the sale - fully aware that the juice had PG in it.



I will post this review EVERYWHERE. Service like this is a scam, simply put. And especially for what they charge. Screw places like this in the future. I'm going to buy another liter of 12mg VG and mix my own flavoring.



For $12 for 15ml I should have gotten a table dance before she screwed me.

BEAUTIFUL store. Clean and super friendly staff! Great flavor e-liquid. they set me up with a great vapor pen and took their time with me explaining everything I needed to know. I just wish the store was open a little later during the week.
