Having to wait on hold for 15 + minutes to get a simple FAX number for a specific branch is crazy. No Fax number listed online anywhere and even the local branch that I have been doing business with for over 18 years can't look up the number. They direct me to Customer Service 800 number and I am forced to listen to their crappy hold music.. Websites are great Wells Fargo but it should contain simple / basic information like your FAX Number. Some Customer Service you provide especially the wait time to get a number. Why not include some of the basic information in that hold message of the recorded voiceover telling me about the high call volume. Maybe include email information, Phone numbers and Fax information in there somewhere...... EVEN WHEN I GOT THRU ON THE PHONE the guy on the other end of the line DIDN'T KNOW THE FAX NUMBER ! It took him over 5 minutes to find the friggin number ! HOW SAD WELLS FARGO.... Another (1 Star) Rating.

Wells Fargo Bank really sucks! I have had several accounts with them and have had numerous problems and outrageous attempts at charges. This bank really does nothing for their customers and attempts to gouge them at every turn. I no longer do business with them and advise everyone to avoid Wells Fargo at any cost!

I had an account at Wells Fargo and I had purchased a credit repair plan online for 99.95 a month called " Lexington Law" and I got debited 99.95 in November 2015-meanwhile my debit card was replaced cause I lost my old card and I had cancelled the 99.95 debit . The thiefs from LexLaw debit me again on Dec.3rd 2015. I knew they couldn't get the money when I had a new number on my debit card-but when I went to talk to the ladies at the bank here in Lubbock, Texas they started arguing with me and told me it was my fault. The said anytime we have an reoccuring debit it will be paid with my new account number on that new debit card I had. I told them it was their fault that -debit was paid- I ha another debit reoccuring debt from State Farm and they called me to tell me my old card didn't go through' I was telling the ladies at my bank how come State Farm did not get paid? How could this have happened? They said "we don;t know but no matter what happens at a bank the people working there will always take the side of the bank'' I was really mad and i closed my account right then'

If I could give them a negative 20, I would! This is the worse bank ever! I only bank here because it's extremely close to my home, but I should've stop coming a long time ago. In any event, I just left this bank and they gave me a counterfeit bill, yes! I didn't know this until I went to pay a bill and the employee said, "we can't accept this bill." What!!! So I return back to the bank to get the bill replaced and when I tell you the branch manager is so arrogant and have a chip on her shoulder - it's the worse I have ever been treated by a bank. No one wanted to help me! They acted as is I am the criminal and the bill popped out of no where! I literally just withdrew the money about 10 minutes after returning and they said they have no proof that it's their bill! It was so embarrassing and just appalling to see that you are treated this badly by a bank - BANK OF AMERICA isn't so bad after all! I had issues with the customer service before with this branch, but never to this magnitude. I will never bank with Wells Fargo again! I'm done!

Without a doubt, the WORST bank I have ever dealt with. I had an acct with a few hundred dollars in it (in LV) while I lived in Hawaii (no WF in HI). Apparently was charged .50 a day to have that acct. Well, as you could imagine, eventually that few hundred was absorbed by the fees. Then I was informed of this by a letter 4 months after being overdrawn and I was being charged $15 a day. I owed $1600 in fees by the time I was notified. Never again!

Great service here. Amazing people :) They are so nice and helpful to my family. They never yawn, and are never disrespectful towards me. FAVORITE BANK EVER.

ignorance and bad manners must be their religion. I went to ask a question had to wait for someone called Banker! This makes you think somebody who knows about banks, well this woman, young, not only did not know anything so I had to wait till she called support and kept on asking them the questions I I was asking her with no avail obviously but the worst iwas that this woman kept on yawning all the time , obviously her parents taught no manners, but banker assisting people? really? No personnel at this branch of wells fargo had told her it was bad manners, but assisting people and yawning all the time uncalled for . This was at Globe AZ. Thanks god I Do not have an account with them

Customer service in the Kill Devil Hills branch is totally lacking. The employees have no problem solving skills. They simply state "we don't do that here" for anything that requires their finding a solution. Their philosophy seems to be "our time is a lot more valuable than yours" and we can't be bothered". I have banked with WF for years but they obviously don't need my business.

MARITZA a teller at the Hanford branch has the worst customer service anyone can provide, I have been with Wells Fargo for 5 years now and never has anyone treated me the way she did. Thanks to her bad service and practically calling me stupid I closed my accounts and have started banking else where. She should be fired for providing false information and treating customers poorly.

Hello FDIC/Comptroller of Currency- You call this telephone number- sounds exactly like wells fargo. ONLY PROBLEM NO BANK AT THIS LOCATION. Government informed 9 months ago.
