United Towing

On the second day of our vacation the rental car broke down. The response through the rental car company was pathetic. Luckily the tow truck company they called saved the day. Justin was the man of the hour! He called to confirm my location (he was given the wrong address by the rental company) He then made sure the car he brought to replace our's was best suited to our needs. He listened intently as I vented about the ordeal, already knew what was wrong with the car, quickly made the switch, and all at 8:30 at night an hours drive from his home. It's a shame all companies don't operate like United Towing and have great employees like Justin. Thanks again for saving the day!

I like this towing service. They showed up when they said they would. There driver was very nice and he referred us to a grate mechanic. These are good folks.

I was traveling between Kingman and Flagstaff when I broke down. I tried AAA and was told it would be a minimum of 3 hours before they could send someone out to get me. It was in the middle of Summer- hot! I had no water and my dog was with me. A United Towing truck stopped to offer water and make sure I felt safe and would be ok until AAA could get there. I asked if he could just tow me in. I couldn't see waiting for 3 hours on the side of the road. He called in to make sure it was ok, then loaded me up and we were off. Courteous driver, fair price and I made it to the rehearsal dinner for my friend on time. Thank you again!
