        very poor pickup service

        We called the night before to schedule an 8am pickup. We gave our address to the dispatcher. The driver called at 7:47 to let us know she was on her way. Then at 8:00 to say she would be late due to traffic. And again at 8:10 to say it would be another 5 minutes. At 8:20 she called to say she couldn't find us and gave the wrong address. I told her not to bother and cancelled. We drove ourselves and left our car, which we did not want to do. Won't use them again - unreliable.

        One Drivers Mistake does not represent the company as a whole. Furthermore you gave us the wrong address to pick you up from. That was your mistake. As a company we pride ourselves with good customer service. You said in your statement that the driver called you several times, so there were no lack of communication. If we had proper information then you would have been pick-up ontime.

        Clean, smoke-free, and up to date vehicle. The driver was courteous, knowledgeable and very friendly. Provided helpful location information, recommendations, and directions for my time in VA. An unexpected an pleasant change from the usual DC uncouth idiocy. I would go out of my way to use this company again.
