SNE Limousine

I rented a limo for my friends bachelor party from LZ Limo of Norwood and was completely dissatisfied with their service. The limo arrived dirty on the inside, had a cracked windshield and broken lights inside as well. The limo had major mechanical problems heading into Boston and could not go over 25mph on the highway. The limo stalled several times and we had to sit and wait for the limo to be able to move again. It took over an hour for us to make a 20 minute drive into Boston. The bus eventually became operational after the driver did something to the battery while we in a club, but we still lost over an hour of time sitting in the limo. I called to talk with the manager and he was rude and disrespectful. He pretended at first not to know that we had a problem with our limo and then told me that he was on the phone with the driver the whole time! He even tried to blame the problem on the diesel engine, but when I told him my father was a certified mechanic who works on diesel engines (which is true) he changed his story! He told me that there was no reason for a refund because the limo never needed a mechanic and we never actually broke down!

I would never, never, never use LZ Limo for any kind of service. They are rude, disrespectful and unresponsive.
