After my home shredder gave in to a large pile of financial statements I decided to just box everything up and get Shred Nations to shred the whole lot. It turned out to be a great decision - they do it right there in front of you and you're on your way in a few minutes. Definitely worth the cost that's based on weight. Thumbs up for saving my afternoon!
I was pleasantly surprised with this company. It made receiving multiple quotes for shredding services easy. My boss always wants more than 1 estimate for any spend we have, so going here made my life a lot easier. We ended up finding a shredder to work with through them, so that was good!
*Beware*, I would highly recommend that you do not submit your information to Shred Nations. They are not even a shredding company. Their whole purpose is to generate job leads for shredding companies in your area. That's not necessarily a bad thing...but once you do, they spam your inbox repeatedly. THEN they hand you off to a company in your area that will over charge you. And that company will also call you repeatedly. If you actually get a quote, and then look somewhere else, you will notice that they are double the price. Not cool

I never knew it was this easy to get shredding services- we always used the same company, but when the owner wanted to try someone new, I filled out the form and found 2 shredders in my area that could do our shredding more often for less- and I got my quotes in just a few minutes!
I've used this service every time I need to shred documents for my company. I got 3 quotes from shredders in my area almost immediately, and the contractor contacted me and scheduled my service.
Great service! I would use them again in a heartbeat. What I liked the most was the speed with which they were able to get my service request handled.
I am handling the estate of my family member and I needed several years of tax records shredded as we pepared the property to sell. I submitted my e-mail request and received a prompt reply. I was connected with a shredding company that served the Templeton, CA area and a date and time was set for pick up. I also explained that I did not live on the property and would be traveling 2 hours from my home to Templeton. I arrived early and waited, and waited, and waited. When I reached out to the company I was advised they were not coming to Templeton that day after all. I was told I would be contacted to schedule another day. I was not contacted so I called again; this time leaving a voice mail message requesting a return call. That call never came. Horrible customer service....think twice before reaching out to this company for your shredding needs.

To start, Shred Nations actually is a referral service in which we match independently owned shredding companies with customers who need shredding service. Our network partners are some of the best in the business. It sounds like the company that you were referred to did not uphold their end of the deal. We apologize for that.
