        Overall
        Great service and knew the price before they came

        They gave me an accurate estimate on the phone, did the work properly (replacing worn valves), and didn't try to sell me things I hadn't asked about.



        Also, the technician installed my new washing machine without an extra charge.

        And he made a suggestion that will save money in the future when my bathtub fixtures fail (repack instead of replace).
