        Overall

        This company quoted me $800 to replace a water softener, I supplied the appliance, which usually averages $250 nationwide. Then they kept my 1/2 down deposit, refusing to refund my money for 30 days. The only response I have ever gotten is when I filed a complaint with the BBB of Ft. Worth. If you use this company, be very wary and don't trust what they tell you up front.

        What a great experience! Chuck, TJ, and Kirk were knowledgeable, kind, and very professional. You could tell they loved their job and cared about me as a customer---You don't see that very often these days! I could write on and on about what happened, but let me just say this
