Our residential service provides a complete cleaning service weekly, bi-weekly, semi-monthly, and monthly with convenient cleaning schedules. We can customize a cleaning schedule to meet your needs. Our commercial service is exactly what small offices need. We can clean one, two, three times a week or provide nightly service and make sure that you are ready for business the next morning. Many busy offices do not want to hire a part-time janitor, but find it very simple and cost-effective to hire one of our managed cleaners.

Construction Clean-Up
Reliable Twin Cleaning is currently contracted by a number of management companies and construction firms to complete vacant turnover or post-construction cleaning. Service includes a top-to-bottom cleaning of the entire residence, cleaning everything from the baseboards and windows to the ceiling fixtures. Rates vary based on size, scope of work and the amount of units Reliable Twin Cleaning are contracted to clean.

Monthly Cleaning
Agreement: Your rate is based on an estimated time to clean, if you were given a flat rate for a Bi-weekly/ Monthly service and you stop the cleaning schedule and call “as needed” instead, you will then be charged at our hourly rate. Also if for any reason the home is NOT found in an “average” condition we reserve the right to bill for the extra time spent at our rate of $35/Hour/Person.
Maid Service
Our staff is also available for corporate apartment set-up cleaning, which includes unloading all boxes and putting away house wares, followed by a detailed maid service.
