Metro Taxi of Boynton Beach

Disaster! Leaving my 82 year old mother in law to miss her train. After, i called a day in advance, even filled out and faxed an authorization form with CC # time for pick up, and address! Then, called back to make sure it was taken care of and was told, got the fax and info no worries! Yep no worries, had to eat that 147$ train ticket and rebook her next day. HAVE A BACKUP PLAN! !

Metro Cab is the best, most reliable service in the area! Their cars are all well maintained and clean and their drivers are all very nice and good drivers!

DO NOT USE THIS TAXI SERVICE!! I called to request a cab to take me to the airport. I specified the time that I needed to be picked up, and that I was going to the airport. 10 minutes after the agreed upon pick up time, I received a call telling me that my driver was 5 minutes away. After 15 minutes & no sign of the driver, I called back & was told agin he was 5 minutes away. !0 minutes later, still no cab. I call again, and they have the driver call. He tells me where he is, and it's still 20 minutes away!!



I ended up having to drive my own car, nearly missing my flight. When I called to speak to the manager, they made excuses, told me the driver had to come from a distance & then hung up.



I am giving them 1 star, only because I can't give them zero.

Great taxi company. I use them all the time they have prompt service and the cars are always clean give them a try...
