Limo Economy Cab

some of the empoyees are great. they are honest and safe although theres always that one employee that is hard up for cash and takes advantage of the kids. so since the kids are stuck dealing with that I have taught them to call and ask who is working so that we know if it will be safe and appropriate employee or if they will have to plan ahead so they don't get taken advantage of. I also bring up to them that the bus is only $1 instead of paying $17-$20 a ride when they were quoted $9 or $10 for the ride. and we all know the bus is safe because they have cameras and a boss that makes sure they are doing their job as expected.

I have used Limo Cab several times since I've lived in the Eau Claire area and have been consistently impressed. I just used them today actually and am writing this review because I was really surprised reading all the negative reviews when I looked up their number! For me, they have always picked me up within 15 minutes of calling them (even today in a weather advisory!), and every driver I've had has been kind and professional. Seriously, far more consistent service than I ever received from in one cab company during my ten years using cabs in Minneapolis.

Extremely rude if they bother showing up at all. I just now had a driver blocking my driveway that refused to leave and swore at me. Limo Cab service with a touch of white trash...

Extremely Rude. They do not show up when they say they will and laugh about it on CB. Drivers are also sent to non existent addresses. At least, that is my past experience with Limo Cab years ago... until just now when I had a Limo Cab van blocking my driveway and when I asked the driver to leave, he refused and swore at me. Looks like not much has changed...

I agree with "friendly, fast and fair fares".

Called and scheduled a pickup the day before, and the guy took all my info and the next day they were late so I called and they hadn't passed my info on so then we were late. The driver was nice and apologized but how hard is it to write info down?

I would not ride with them because they drink and drive, I witnessed a driver get out of his vehicle and chug a beer before going into a gas station so I recommend not using this service

On the phone they were very rude. I asked how long till the would arrive and they said I don't know maybe 10 seconds or maybe 10 minutes. They never did come. So i called a different company.
