As part of our practice of Elder Law, we prepare guardianship and conservatorship petitions on behalf of clients who are faced with the daunting responsibility of obtaining power over a loved one's affairs in the event of his or her incapacity. We strive to complete the legal process in such a manner as to preserve dignity for all.
In our 30 years of practice, wrongful death cases are the most searing and difficult because of the emotional toll the process takes on the survivors. There are no “winners” in these cases because, under the law, the only method of compensation to loved ones is monetary, which seems inadequate to those who have suffered so much.
Traffic Violations
Although traffic tickets might seem insignificant, they can have big consequences. Because an infraction can affect your insurance or driver’s license, the outcomes may be significant. With our broad experience, we have the resources to help you with a traffic violation. We know how to advocate for you so you receive the best result.
Misdemeanors
We represent individuals who have been charged with misdemeanor or felony offenses. Our goal is to assess each case on its merits and to provide the very best result we can. If you are dissatisfied with your results at trial, we have extensive experience with appeals. We have handled different appeal cases in many courts from the General District Court to the United States Supreme Court.
