I would say that I was pleased the first 4 nights I stayed, at the senior rate. Came back the next week (Monday) and asked if I still get the senior rate (had called) - stayed another night, they said yes. Then when I checked out - they went up!!! The person said it was because the weekend they raised the rate for they full. No one said on the phone that the rate would go up. Now they have lost my business and I plan to be in Valencia once a week.
The person that took my reservation should have told me.
We really enjoyed our stay earlier this year. It was nice all the way around. The staff was pleasant, our room was clean, the pool and fitness room were close with towels available. We had a complete breakfast included, which was serve yourself . Food was varied and appetizing.
There were families and a tour bus group, so it was a busy place. It is located near Magic Mountain and freeway, although not really walking distance to anything.
