        In HIS Service, 2 Corinthians 9:12-15 About The Service: In Home Care Sitter, LLC was established as a Licensed Business to serve the adult care needs in April of 1997. All staff members, (Adult Caregiver Companion / PCA / CNA), are qualified to meet specific adult client/patient needs with assistance in their daily living activities. We provide quality services at reasonable & affordable rates in private homes or in facilities within the State of Alabama.

        The Service manages and is responsible for the Staff Member compensation and IRS Tax forms, provides client/patient end of the year statements, has a List of client/patient references available, has a convenient way to pay invoices online, Client/Patient Service Agreement is not a binding contract, schedules an interview with qualified staff during the In-Take Assessment, Staff Member requirements; TB Screen, Criminal Background, BLS-CPR, and Drug Screen, Staff Members have Drivers License to use client/patient Automobile, Staff Members sign a Work for Hire Agreement with 20 General Operation Policies, conducts a 2 hour Staff Member orientation according to what is required and expected, All assignments have a Case Manager that oversee the Work Orders, CM is responsible for any changes, schedule, modifications, or updates, CM has a list of staff available for backup relief, Service has a very low staff turnover rate.

        This Service is truly a God Sent! Their $12.00 per hour rate makes care in my Mothers home very affordable. The quality of the service is amazing!
