        Dr. Paul Sullivan and a group of Harvard scientist and doctors spent the past 18 years developing what we now call IDLife. Before any supplementations were ever created they looked at scientific data covering over 2500 illnesses that plaque our society today. We take into consideration your age, weight, where you live, what season is it, what do you eat, are you on a diet, what doctor prescribe meds are you on, do you have any medical conditions, etc. Then chronobiology is factored in so that the nutrition is taken at the right time of day, which is the benefit of getting individual AM/PM packs.
