I was having a problem with my main breaker continuing to trip and shut off electricity to my house. I called Harris Electric and spoke with Gary Harris. He listened to my description of what was happening, and he explained that it might be that there are burn places where the bus connects to the panel (that's as much as I recall, as a layperson who is unexperience in electrical matters), and that if that was the case, I'd need a new panel. The cost to replace a new panel could run around $500 - 600. Mr. Harris was able to come to my house that day, and after investigating, he told me that I was very lucky and that it was the actual breaker that was bad, which was a much cheaper fix. He had me up and running in a little over an hour. Very fair pricing and very honest services. He could've told me I needed a new panel and I wouldn't have known the difference, but he didn't. He provided very quick, great service at a very reasonable price.
