I love using my yellow pages app. It helps me find numbers quick and is very accurate.

Goodyear-4130 Dowlen Road-Beaumont, TX 77706 My son brought our vehicle in because it was smoking a little and this was the only place who could see him immediately. They seriously took advantage of him. Said he had an oil leak, because of a valve cover gasket, but it wasn't very serious. They diagnosed, repaired and charged him accordingly. A few days later, called him to come get his vehicle, as it was ready to go. They told him not to drive over 55, because all the oil under the vehicle could get hot and catch fire. They didn't even bother to clean all the excess oil after they had supposedly fixed the car. (We found out later the vehicle was completely unsafe to be driven). He drove ten minutes down the road at 11 pm at night and the car died on him ON TOP OF AN OVERPASS. Thankfully, he got safely down and into the grass and had to have his vehicle towed back to the shop the next day. They keep the vehicle another few days, clean the excess oil and then tell him he has a cracked head, which they couldn't see before, because of all the oil that was underneath the car. To make a long story short and to make my point, our vehicle was driven into their shop because of a little smoke and we had to tow our vehicle out of their shop. It's now non-running, non-starting and leaking oil and transmission fluid. We've been dealing with them for almost a month now and so far, no one sees any type of problem here. DO NOT let these people work on your vehicles or the vehicles of your children. I live 2 hours away from Beaumont and can still remember my son calling me to tell me what happened to him on top of that overpass, knowing what could've happened to him, trying to coast that vehicle down the overpass with no power. And to think, this shop allowed him to get into that vehicle and drive off, knowing it was unsafe for him to drive, without a second thought for his safety. When my husband asked the Manager if he would've allowed one of his own children to get in that car and drive it home, he simply stated no. When asked why he would allow someone else's child to get in that car and drive it home, he had no response.

Rude. Disrespectful. Unprofessional. Take business else where. Never been treated like that ever.

HORRIBLE PLACE!!! will never go here again. I got my serpentine belt replaced there three months ago and it started squeaking the next week, i finally took it back to them and they told me it must have gotten a rock in it and I needed to buy a new one since a "rock" was not covered by the warranty. they also told me I needed new pulleys because apparently those went bad in three months as well. go anywhere but here! never trust a business that tries to get out of a warranty. its unfortunate how untrustworthy many mechanics are, don't waste your time or money here!

CLINTON TN - Brought my truck in to get an oil change because every other time I have been in they do a list of inspections and remove the tires to check the brakes. It took them 2.5hrs to change the oil and they did nothing else. I asked why my tires weren't removed to check the brakes and they told me I have to specifically ask for them to do it otherwise they won't. Why has this never been an issue before? Why didn't they ask? There is a sign when you drive in saying free brake checks. They get money if my brake pads need to be replaced, I think they are just getting lazy as I wasn't cheerfully welcomed as I normally am. The lady sitting in the back room behind the desk looked at me like I kicked her dog when she realized there was no one else around to help me. I have been using Goodyear in Clinton TN for over 5 years and they have lost a good customer.

The Goodyear in Lynchburg Va on Lakeside Drive ruined my first car. The car was lifted wrong during an oil change and a huge dent was put in the floorboard on the driver's side. I was told that my car needed new spark plugs and wiring, which the previous owner of the car told me it did not need and was a waste of money.
