I do not recommend using FTD website or FTD florists. Placed 6 orders for flowers to be delivered and only 1 was delivered but was not the bouquet ordered. The 5 other orders were cancelled and money refunded because florists refused to fill because they needed more money. Really!! Isn't price suppose to be negotiated before advertising prices and availability? Now I have 5 families without gifts for the holidays ����

Very unhappy with service. Original delivery date was changed to 05/13/2014 via phone call. Cust serv never informed that the product was undeliverable. Delivery date was reset back to the 16th without informing me and the product was even delayed another day to the 17th without communication. I order through ftd numerous times throughout all holiday seasons but will not do business with ftd again. Am considering pasting this comment in yep, blogs and everywhere I believe should hear about this bad experience. My mother was kept waiting each day and night. Terrible customer service!

The worst flower company ever. They have delayed delivery on my wife's anniversary and my grandmothers birthday. They do nothing for you but come up with excuses. Terrible customer service and horrible company. Highly unrecommended. They don't even deserve one star.
