My daughter needed a paternity test before the baby was born. She was very nervous, and stressed. I called DDC and really liked my call with Nancy, who explained everything. I decided to trust DDC and it was a great decision. She was only about 10 weeks, and it was a blood test, which was a surprise. After the test she could relax. It was fast and we know the dad. Thank you for everything.

Wasn't impressed with the billing practices. The invoice sent out didn't contain any information regarding payment dates/terms, massive late fees tacked on with no notice. Client ended up having to pay almost 20% more than initially stated.

I just used this test and seeing the negative reviews are making me nervous. I know who my child's father is for sure. No question about it. But if this test comes out inaccurate I'm going to lose my mind.

Was given inaccurate results, but they claim to be 100%, nothing in this world were humans are involved is 100%. They have impacted my life 10 fold. My daughter who is 29 that is the spitting image of me in looks and personality. My results stated that I am not her father. This has crushed us both. The results were to enable her to visit the US to go on family vacations with my grandchildren. When I called I got nothing but we are 100% accurate and you used a 3rd party. So what does that mean, everyone at DDC is perfect. Not even a offer of a recollection at a lower rate which I'm willing to pay. I have been dealing with labs my entire career and do you know how many times a sample had to be repeated due to lab error but they never admit to it they just run it again. There are other documented cases were DNA labs have given wrong results and courts have ordered another test with another lab which of course yelled different results. DDC take the money an run and destroy someone's life in the process. Let me tell you something DDC as long as people and machinery are performing these test they will never be 100%

Doesn't even deserve one star. This company is HORRIBLE. I was given inaccurate results, and when I attempted (on multiple occasions) to discuss this, I was not contacted. Do not trust this company!!!

Staff responded to every question in a quick, effective, and professional manner. Price was very reasonable and I came out of the situation fully satisfied. I would feel completely comfortable recommending DNA Diagnostics Center to those closest to me.

Called the company for a DNA test, staff was extremely helpful in answering all of my questions, price was very good and they were fast in getting the results back to me. I recommend if you need a test done.
