Apparently it's no longer Bob,but Clay runnin' the show,and Clay is a jerk. I accidentally missed an appointment that he set to just look at my lawnmower,(which i never received a call for the night before to confirm the appointment),and even though i apologized profusely,he continued to scold me about me having to STILL pay him $45,just for wasting his precious time. I asked him, "Well,instead,can we reschedule for a Saturday,because i work every single day except Saturday?" He told me,that Saturday was his day off,he will make no exceptions! So I ask myself,for someone who brow beat me,and made me feel like i wasn't being cooperative by not paying him $45,(for doing nothing),who is wrong here? I was still apologetic,(because he made me feel like a piece of garbage),and cordial,but he ended by saying, "Don't forget to use me in the future,and tell all your friends about me!"... Oh i so will tell people what a BAD EXPERIENCE I HAD. Shame on you Bob,for letting Clay ruin your business.

I used them in the past and was satisfied, now I have been calling for 2 weeks. I leave a message and get no return calls. Don't know what has happened to this business but they do not return phone calls. Are they out of business?

I've been using Bob for 16 years and have absolutely no complaints, he's fast, honest, priced very well, and his work lasts. Edgers, weedeaters, and riding mower maintenance to overhauls, his work has always impressed me. No disappointments, I wouldn't go to anyone else.

Our riding mover suddenly got very sick. We called Bob's and made an appointment for three days later. They arrived on-time, actually a little early. He quickly found the problem with the riding mover and fixed it easily. The rocker arm support had come loose on its own! We also had our push mover fixed (gummed up carb) and got our generator (needed an oil change) in working order. All this in about two hours! If you have a small engine driven garden equipment in need of repair, or just regular maintenance, call Bob's, the rates are very reasonable, service is prompt and professional!

I called Bob on Sunday and the following Wednesday my Riding Lawn Mower was fixed. He is so easy to talk to about repairing my lawn mower problem. He arrived up on time and fixed the lawn mower within the hour. He made sure the lawn mower worked properly before he left my house, cleaned up his worksite and gave me some helpful tips on maintaining my mower for the rest of year and next mowing season too. Bob is a man of his words, thank God.

He came right to the house, on time. Took my moweer into his little shop-n-wheels trailer, and in less than an houre the problem was fixed. Price was reasonable. Great not to have to lug that thing in and out of my car trunk. I will use him again.

when my husband called Bob and made an appointment , it was within three days. he was here on time and had it repaired in under an hour. he took the time to explain what was wrong and what he needed to do to fix it., also the cost of repair. jonh deere no longer has a shop in our area. I have had Bob servicing my mowers, weed wackers and other various small engines for years. He is the most honest person you will meet. You can count on him to give you the best deal he can. Not only that, he comes to you with just about anything you could need. This is a businessman you can really count on! He will be straight up with you if your equipment is not worth fixing and better to replace. I can't say enough about this man and the years of service he has been providing.
