Black Hat Chimney Sweep

Had these guys build and install metal chimney caps on our chimneys in 2015. One of the caps has come off and is dangling off the side of the chimney cap. If it falls, it will surely damage our roof on contact and then ricochet across our driveway and into the neighbors window. I've reached out several times to Black Hat over the past 2 weeks and have yet to receive a return call. At this point, I would exercise caution if you're considering these guys. They've not been very responsive to this point. We'll see how this plays out.
