Black Dog Fence

I have had a fence that was deteriorating and had recently added on to this fence to completely surround my yard with another company after I bought my house, but wished to hire someone new and came upon Black Dog Fence Co. I wanted the fence to match what the other company had done, which was nice, but it had taken too long and I needed this fast. I got into contact with Cody Arnoux whom I believe is the Communications Manager for the company; he soon provided an estimate that was simple to understand and also sent to me via email after he visited and measured, which I thought kept things nice and neat while easier to keep track of than a carbon copy paper to file. Cody impressed me immediately; he instantly offered a solution to a problem with a tree that was on my fence line that I wished to preserve. He designed a box around it that turned out to be very ornamental looking despite the basic design I had picked. Cody was very professional with a casual outlook and was efficient to work with. He even allowed me to be elsewhere during the construction, which I greatly appreciated as this really eased my schedule. I arrived home one day to find Sam and Bud almost complete with the fence! I had expected a long process like before with the other company, but this was extremely sturdy with beautiful wood and I saw the box around the tree. I felt so relieved and happy knowing my dogs would not be able to get out or knock down the fence, and also that Sam and Bud were so quick! It amazed me how nice both of them were, and how thoughtful they had been despite the fact that I had not seen them work. They left not one single nail in my yard and even saved several panels that my neighbor wanted of the old fence. I was able to simply let my dogs out after they had gone, as I was not left with just posts as I had been before for days. I was impressed with each and every interaction I had with Black Dog Fence. Sam, Bud, and Cody were pleasant to work with and made a complicated process simple and cost-effective. I will now appreciate the beautiful craftsmanship talent that Sam and Bud have been gifted with each time I am out with my Great Dane and Siberian Husky as the fence is made from beautiful wood and was installed to where it is perfectly straight and level. Very impressed with the level of talent and professional expertise! I would hire them again in a heartbeat!
