        Great company, they went out of their way to help me on a little sale. All the people were helpful. I probably drove them crazy trying to find a stone that no one apparently had anymore, but they were persistant and found it for me. I think my total was around $300 so I know they did not make anything but I am very pleased with their efforts and professionalism.

        Unreliable! Never Showed up! No phone call!

        Treated me like not calling or ever showing up was the norm for this business. The initial service before the sell was good. But when they never show up with the order its hard to be happy or excuse it. As a local fireman and business owner I know and respect other people's time. If I chose not to show up when people are counting on me, I wouldn't have a job. Worse, life and property might be at stake. I hope this business can change their attitude before anyone else wastes their time with them. I'm confident that they won't last without some changes in ownership or business practices. Good Luck! but BEWARE!!!
