        Overall

        the previous poster seems could have possibly misunderstood what the service representative was trying to accomplish for them. I called and spoke to the same person, he helped me pre-diagnose my issue to make sure there wasn't a simple fix before scheduling a service call I would have to pay for. I don't think that someone that would be trying to cheat me would do that. I did wind up having to have a service call, and received great service when I did.

        Terrible Service!!!!

        The service person who was assigned to me "Kirk" tried to tell me there was nothing wrong with my water heater without even looking at it. He then failed to return my phone calls or schedule a service call. My water heater warranty is close to running out. It seems like he is trying to wait until the warranty ends so I have to pay him for coming out. I recommend going with someone else if you can.
